We support the professional development for existing and aspiring senior leaders through a range of training opportunities.

National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH)

Aspiring Headteachers have the opportunity to develop their knowledge, skills and confidence that you need to be a high-performing Headteacher; and gain a DfE-recognised qualification in headship.

National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership (NPQSL)

Current or aspiring senior leaders can develop their knowledge, skills and confidence in leading change across their setting; and gain a DfE-recognised qualification in senior leadership.

Catholic School Leadership Masters (MA) Programme

A highly regarded postgraduate degree that aims to promote a vision that sees the maintenance of a balance between school improvement and Catholic distinctiveness as a feature of the mission of the school.

Ofsted Shadowing Programme

The chance to shadow an inspection, undertake lesson observations, draft sections of a report and evaluate data.
