Year 12 Fashion and Textiles Trip

Students had an exciting opportunity to visit the first exhibition on international fashion powerhouse Charles Jeffrey, which celebrated 10 years of club to catwalk in 2024.

Loved by the likes of Harry Styles and Tilda Swinton, the work transcends disciplinary boundaries across art, design and music. From the first rush of inspiration to the skill and craftmanship of the atelier, culminating with the spectacle of a fashion show, the exhibition offered a behind-the-scenes look into building a fashion business from scratch, focusing on the artistry that lies behind every process and it offered an engaging insight into creative production and industry.

This trip supported our curriculum plans for the Fashion and Textiles students in order to enhance and broaden their learning experiences
