Year 10’s are learning about the functional and chemical properties of the ingredients used in bread making.
Take a look at the results of their hard work, where they have created well shaped, risen and baked bread rolls which would not be out of place in a specialist bakery. The focaccia has been ingeniously and creatively decorated using a selection of colourful and eye catching vegetables... what delicious work!
