EduLink One

Gumley House School

What is EduLink ONE?

We have changed our school student information service in 2021 to EduLink One.  EduLink is a school information platform that can be accessed on any device – PC, laptop, tablet or mobile device – via a web browser or via the EduLink app. The app is available for Android and iOS devices and download links are below. EduLink can be used by parents, staff and students. What EduLink displays depends on the user type.

Brief reminder of Login Details for those who have used the system before:

Download the app 'EduLinkOne' from your app store - or visit:!/login?code=gumley.  Check 'Accessing the system' below.

The 'School ID' is Gumley.

If asked for School ID, enter Gumley.  Use your same username and password which you use in school to log onto the computers.  Alternatively you can also sign in using your new school Google credentials when clicking on the Google button on the login page.

If asked for School ID, enter Gumley.  Your username will start with p_.  If you forget your password, you can click on ‘Reset Login’, using the same email address which we have for you in school.  If you know you have logged in before but have since forgotten your details, or you haven’t set your password up before the expiry time on the email, you can click on ‘reset password’ and arrange new details over email (you will have to use the same email address you would have registered with the school as part of your contact details).

If you still have difficulty logging in, please email

  • Attendance Reports
  • Achievement and Behaviour points
  • Exams info
  • Collated links to other services such as Google Classroom

Accessing the system

You can access the system as a ‘website’ on your computer or phone, or as an ‘app’ on most modern smartphones and tablets.

Is the data on EduLink secure?

All data within the EduLink One software is encrypted using SSL technology. To make use of the app on your own personal device (mobile/tablet) you are required to have an unlock pin/password/fingerprint or facial recognition.
