Mental Health Week
We are marking Mental Health Week with a series of activities with both staff and students. Every Head of year would have informed students about the activities, the changes to 'lockdown' routine and the times need for us to put in time this week with a particular focus on our mental well-being.
Our theme for the week is Kindness
Mental health.org has chosen kindness because of its ability to unlock our shared humanity. Kindness strengthens relationships, develops community and deepens solidarity. It is a cornerstone of our individual and collective mental health. Wisdom from every culture across history recognises that kindness is something that all human beings need to experience and practise to be fully alive.
